The term ‘Partner’ is used to refer to a Member of Sintons LLP or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of the partners is available for inspection at our registered office.

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority – 398301.

Our partners, associate solicitors and assistant solicitors are all qualified “solicitors” as defined in sections 1 and 87 of the Solicitors Act 1974. They are individually registered with our professional body and subject to our professional rules. We may cancel or suspend your access to the site if:

(b) you have behaved in a way which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or is unlawful or illegal or which would bring Sintons LLP into disrepute.

If you are not happy with the response you receive then any further complaints or comments should be made to the partner within the appropriate department.
