Our approach
During the 6-year programme you will spend time in a range of practice areas working with businesses, organisations and individuals.
We give you up to 2 years in your first department to help you settle in – those first few months are all about settling into the firm, learning our systems and processes and learning how to manage your time effectively.
Daily support from your department supervisor as well as a mentor to help you transition and develop, giving advice and encouragement when you need it.
Our Solicitor Apprentices are part of our strong Trainee cohort and are given every opportunity to work together as a group, attend events and training and be part of our Trainee charity events.
