Leading Law firm Sintons has further boosted its specialist Real Estate department with the appointment of Newly Qualified Solicitor Lara Tulip, who joins the specialist Real Estate Finance Team.
Lara joins the Newcastle-based firm following two years as a trainee solicitor at a leading national law firm. She graduated from Northumbria University in 2024 with a First-Class Honours Master in Law (MLaw exempting) degree, officially qualifying as a solicitor this month.
In her new role at Sintons, Lara will advise panel appointed lender clients, supporting the expansion of one of the North East’s most respected real estate practices and in particular its real estate finance offering.

Outside of her legal career, Lara is a keen outdoor and fitness enthusiast who enjoys reformer Pilates, spending time at the gym, walking her dog, skiing with family, and travelling.
