Sintons further strengthens specialist real estate team
The specialist real estate team at law firm Sintons has been strengthened further with the appointment of two highly experienced new lawyers.
Louise Kelly and Sarah Holmes have joined the Newcastle-based team, already one of the biggest and most capable real estate departments in the North East, to add further experience and expertise to its offering.
Senior associate Louise is a highly-regarded real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of handling both public and private sector transactions, including complex development, regeneration, planning and highways matters.
Sarah, a solicitor, joins Sintons with extensive experience in handling a host of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions and landlord and tenant work, and she will also assist Sintons’ specialist ecclesiastical team – one of only a few in the UK – with its work in this highly niche area of law.
The new appointments add further to Sintons’ reputation as a leading player in the real estate field, with the team recently being hailed by Legal 500 as “strong, diligent and attentive” with “considerable clout” in handling the full gamut of property matters.
Mark Quigley, managing partner of Sintons, said: “We are rightly regarded as one of the leading real estate teams in the North East and beyond, with the capability and size that few other firms can rival. We have a client base comprising some of the biggest names in UK property and are regularly involved in many of the biggest real estate transactions in the region, which has helped us establish the reputation we have.
“We are very pleased to welcome Louise and Sarah to the team, both of whom have significant experience in real estate and will add further expertise to Sintons. As a firm, we are continuing to add outstanding legal talent across the business, underpinning our Strategy for Growth and our vision of setting the standard for legal excellence.”
