‘Excellent’ real estate team praised by Chambers 2018

The specialist real estate team at law firm Sintons has attracted praise from Chambers 2018 for its wide-ranging client base and breadth of expertise.

The team were hailed as “excellent legal counsel: efficient, knowledgeable, welcoming and a pleasure to work with” by Chambers – an annual assessment of law firms and their lawyers, based on factors including assessments of work and client testimonials.

Two of its partners – head of department Mark Dobbin and Paul Liddle – were also singled out for praise for their ability to handle complex matters on behalf of major clients.

Sintons’ real estate team works nationally for a range of clients, including NHS Trusts, banks and residential developers, and was also acknowledged by Chambers for its expertise in both the healthcare and agricultural sectors.

The high rankings from Chambers come shortly after the release of Legal 500 2017, which similarly praised Sintons’ real estate team for its ability to handle “the full gamut of real estate issues”.
