Court of Protection specialist joins Sintons

The Court of Protection team at Sintons is adding a new specialist to help support its growth, as it continues to be appointed in cases nationally.

Hannah Mitchell has worked in Court of Protection work since qualifying as a solicitor, and supports with a host of matters including appointing and advising deputies, supporting vulnerable individuals in managing their property and financial affairs, and preparing statutory wills.

Hannah, a Dementia Friend, is also experienced in assisting elderly clients who have lost capacity due to dementia.

She joins Sintons at a time of strong progress for its Court of Protection team, which continues to win work across the country on the strength of its reputation for legal and client service excellence.

The team – part of Sintons’ highly-respected Wills, Trusts and Estates department – recently won praise from both Legal 500 and Chambers 2023 for its work across the board, and particularly for its close cooperation with its Personal Injury and Neurotrauma teams in supporting injured adults and children who lack capacity.
