Leading specialists in Court of Protection from England and Scotland will be offering their insights in an online conference organised by Sintons.
The Court of Protection Conference will bring together highly-esteemed names in Court of Protection work to discuss a wide range of issues in this specialist field of work.
The conference, being held via Zoom due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing measures, will hear from:
- Fay Collinson of Kings Chambers, who will discuss the intricacies of Court of Protection applications
- Paul Hudson, from Tilney Financial, who will assess the importance of financial planning which making such applications
- Mark Higgs and John Howard, from the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee Office, who will give their take on Court of Protection applications
- Stewart Gibson, of Brodies Solicitors in Scotland, who will detail the link with Scottish Guardianship and Scottish cross-border matters.
Highly experienced specialists from Sintons, a leading name in Court of Protection work which acts for individuals across the UK, will also share their insight during the conference.
The online event will take place on August 3, from 9.30am to 2pm. Sintons has come to the fore during the COVID-19 lockdown period through its use of technology, and its ability to host online conferences to ensure crucial information continues to be delivered in the absence of events.
