Chambers praises ‘excellent and rare’ wills, trusts and probate team
The specialist wills, trusts and probate team at law firm Sintons has attracted further praise for its work, with Chambers 2018 hailing its capability and levels of service as being “excellent and rare”.
Again rated as one of the go-to private client departments in Newcastle, Chambers highlighted Sintons’ expertise in acting for high net worth individuals and families in all matters relating to tax, trusts and probate work. It said its abilities in tax planning, asset protection and cross-border probate were particularly significant.
Chambers – an annual publication which assesses and ranks law firms and their lawyers, based on factors including the strength of their work and client testimonials – found Sintons’ wills, trusts and probate team delivers “a speed and response of execution [which] is excellent and rare for private client lawyers. They are very flexible and pragmatic”.
The findings from Chambers come only weeks after Legal 500 too hailed the team as being “excellent” with strong capability across “the full gamut of private client matters”.
Paul Nickalls, head of the wills, trusts and probate department, was hailed in both publications as being a key lawyer in this area of work.
Mark Quigley, managing partner of Sintons, said: “Sintons is a known and trusted name in acting for individuals and families, often over the course of several generations, and we pride ourselves on our unrivalled levels of service and outstanding legal advice. Our capability in handling the most complex of private client issues is well known, and it is pleasing to see that recognised by Chambers 2018, as Legal 500 similarly highlighted.
“Our vision as a firm is to set the standard for legal excellence, and in doing so, to become the law firm of choice for individuals, businesses and organisations regionally and nationally. Our wills, trusts and probate team is just one example of how our work is enabling us to make great strides towards achieving that.”
