Sintons’ personal injury team again hailed for its unrivalled quality
The specialist personal injury team at law firm Sintons has again won praise for its legal capability and client service, with Chambers 2019 highlighting its outstanding “all-round service”.
The team, which handles claims from clients across the UK, is praised for its growing presence in national circles and its capability in handling high-value work. Chambers points to the “flexible, responsive and modern” outlook of the department, adding it is “approachable, client-focused and always willing to go the extra mile”.
Sintons has continued to develop its reputation for its serious injury work, particularly in brain and spinal cord injury work, and Chambers hails its Court of Protection service as completing its comprehensive offering to clients.
The latest endorsement of Sintons’ personal injury work comes only shortly after similar findings from Legal 500 2018, which hailed the firm’s “first class” all-round offering and named them as a top-tier personal injury firm.
Phil Davison, head of personal injury, and John Davis, one of the UK’s leading serious injury lawyers, are named as leading lawyers by Chambers – echoing their leading individual ratings from Legal 500. Phil is hailed for his outstanding client service and the fact he “excellently prepares and thoroughly analyses his cases”, with John – named as a band one lawyer – said to “earn impressive praise” for his expertise and reputation as “the go-to legal expert for brain and spinal cord injury” cases.
Kate Nicklin, who recently joined Sintons’ specialist neurotrauma team as an associate, is also hailed as a notable practitioner in the field of serious injury. Kate won acclaim from a number of sources, who enthuse: “Her knowledge, the way she applies it, and her innovative thinking are quite extraordinary.” Additional interviewees note that “she goes the extra mile and is very good with client care,” while others say that “she has an excellent tactical grasp of cases and details, inspiring confidence.” The Guide also described the personal injury team as being “flexible, responsive and modern in their outlook, and approachable, client-focused and always happy to go that extra mile.”
Mark Quigley, managing partner of Sintons, said: “Our personal injury team has earned a reputation across the UK for its outstanding legal capability combined with an unfaltering commitment to fighting hard on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcome for them and their families. We have continued to grow as a department, particularly in the specialist area of serious injury and neurotrauma, and have made significant new appointments to help underpin this progress.
“We are delighted with the latest recognition for our work from Chambers 2019, particularly coming so soon after similar findings from Legal 500 2018.”
