A man injured in a workplace accident where he fell from height has secured a settlement of £33,000.
The man suffered injuries which initially appeared minor but later were found to be more serious, after he slipped on a greasy step at work while retrieving some fittings from the back of a tanker trailer.
He fell around four feet from height and twisted his left foot as he landed.
He later appointed personal injury specialists at Sintons to handle his claim for compensation, with associate David Knipe overseeing the matter.
A settlement of £33,000 was agreed, which was welcomed by the client.
