‘First class’ personal injury team secures another top-tier ranking

The specialist personal injury team at Sintons has again won a top-tier ranking from Legal 500, in recognition of its “first class service and depth of expertise”.

The team, which acts for clients across the UK from its base in Newcastle, was also hailed as being “very organised and highly professional” and “a pleasure to work with”. It has established a strong reputation nationally for the quality of its work and client service, particularly in the field of serious injury.

Phil Davison, head of personal injury, and neurotrauma consultant John Davis are once again named as two of the leading lawyers in the North of England.

Phil Davison wins praise for being “very experienced and bright”, “strategically aware” and “unflappable”, with John Davis hailed as having “unmatched ability and tactical acumen…a go-to lawyer in the North East for neurological injuries”.

Kate Jenkins, partner in the personal injury team, is also highlighted by Legal 500 for her “sound no-nonsense advice” and “good tactical awareness and very thorough preparations”. Partners Paul Woodford and Joanne Willits are also recommended.

The recent strategic appointments of associates David Knipe and Kate Nicklin to the department are further hailed by Legal 500.

Mark Quigley, managing partner at Sintons, said: “Our personal injury team has established a reputation regionally and nationally for its legal capability, but also for its determination to fight hard to get the best possible outcome for our clients. That combination is what truly sets us apart in this field and why we are held in such high esteem by our clients and peers alike.

“We are delighted with this latest endorsement from Legal 500, which is an independent confirmation of the outstanding quality of our service and legal work. It is also very pleasing to see so many key figures within the department named in recognition of their efforts.”
