With the launch of the “London lots” for the NHS Orthodontic tenders last week many orthodontists will be considering the tender process and how to structure themselves.

There are many different ways in which dental organisations can be structured and this is dictated not only by the potential legal structure but also tax and accountancy advice from your professional advisors.

The procurement process itself can also be a minefield and we are mindful that many clients will be experiencing this for the first time. However, procurement is common place within the NHS and we come across issues within this on a regular basis.
