Healthcare team again confirmed as national leader by Chambers 2019
The nationally-regarded specialist healthcare team at law firm Sintons has again been confirmed as a UK leader in its field by Chambers 2019.
The team, which acts for NHS Trusts, GPs, dentists, pharmacies and other healthcare providers across the nation, has again been hailed for its “deep understanding of the intricacies of the NHS and secondary care market” and growing presence in the sector.
It has also won an increased ranking in the specialist area of medical partnership matters, with its robust advice and “notable experience” being hailed in areas from LLP conversions to practice mergers and takeovers.
The latest endorsement of Sintons’ healthcare capability, which comes only shortly after a top-tier ranking by Legal 500 2018, comes after a period of further growth and development for the team, which has included appointments to the prestigious NHS SBS and NOE CPC legal panels.
Amanda Maskery, head of NHS Healthcare at Sintons, is again named as a notable practitioner in the sector by Chambers, mirroring her rank as a leading individual by Legal 500. She is also named as a key individual in medical partnership work.
Mark Quigley, managing partner of Sintons, said: “Our healthcare team continues to go from strength to strength nationally, with its unrivalled understanding of this highly niche area of expertise being a key factor in the continued progress it makes.
“We are of course delighted with this latest recognition from Chambers 2019, which mirrors the verdict of Legal 500 in wholly endorsing our knowledge, quality and outstanding client service in this area.”
