Sintons has once again been appointed to a specialist procurement framework used by NHS organisations across England.
First appointed by the North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) in 2017, the firm’s continued inclusion highlights its long-standing expertise in healthcare law.
Amanda McCabe leads Sintons’ team of healthcare experts. She explained: “NOE CPC works by connecting NHS and public sector organisations with trusted suppliers that bring extensive knowledge and sector-specific expertise.
“We’ve been selected to be part of the Legal Services framework for eight years now, meaning that NHS bodies are able to benefit from working with our lawyers, who are vastly experienced in advising NHS trusts, GPs, pharmacies and other care providers.
Members of Sintons’ healthcare team regularly speak at industry events and share their knowledge through steering groups and professional organisations – for example, Amanda is secretary of the National Association of Specialist Solicitors Advising Doctors and is often asked to sit on steering groups for large scale projects within NHS Trusts.
Together, the team has advised clients on matters including partnership agreements, regulatory compliance and data protection.
“This is a complex and fast-moving sector so it’s vital that our NHS organisations are able to access legal experts who have the proven ability to deliver effective, compliant solutions,” said Amanda.
“We’re a team which is up to date, highly responsive to industry changes, and recognised by independent guides like the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Our long-standing reputation and proven expertise make us a trusted partner for healthcare organisations across the north and beyond.
Sintons was ranked as a top tier firm in healthcare by the most recent edition of the Legal 500, and the healthcare department was listed in Chambers and Partners 2025.
