Contentious trust and probate team hailed as a “go-to practice” by Legal 500 2019

The specialist contentious trust and probate team at Sintons has won praise from Legal 500 2019 for its outstanding capability and client service.

The team is singled out as a “go-to practice” in disputes as well as for having a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists – Emma Saunders – who wins plaudits for her work.

The team is routinely instructed on a national basis to act in complex disputes, and is hailed for its expertise in a range of matters including Inheritance Act claims, administration disputes and Court of Protection disputes, as well as for being “committed to its clients – they don’t see them as fees but as people”.

Angus Ashman, head of the team, is highlighted for his long-standing reputation in this field, with senior associate Emma Saunders again being named as a rising star of the legal world.
