Sintons has further strengthened its highly regarded Residential Property team with the appointment of Jennifer Morse, who joins the firm as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Jennifer brings over two decades of legal experience to Sintons, having handled a wide range of property transactions across regional law firms for more than 20 years. Her extensive background encompasses both residential and commercial sales and purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let investments, unregistered titles, and first registrations. In addition to her law firm expertise, Jennifer previously worked within the property management team of a Chartered Surveyors firm, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the wider property sector.
Jennifer qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2026 and is authorised to act as a Commissioner for Oaths.
