Sage – Redundancy Settlement Agreement Onboarding Form

Sintons provides independent advice to employees entering into Settlement Agreements with Sage as part of Redundancy Processes. Sintons does not act for your employer and has no client / adviser relationship with them.

If you wish to instruct Sintons to provide you with advice, please complete the following fields to allow us to onboard you as a client.

By completing these fields, you will be confirming that you would like Sintons to provide you with advice and that you are happy for us to open a file with your details.

Your employer will contribute £500 + VAT towards your legal costs should you enter into the Settlement Agreement. That said, if you decide not to proceed with the Settlement Agreement and once you have received our advice, your employer is not under any obligation to make a contribution to your legal fees and you will be personally liable for all fees incurred.

Once we are in receipt of your details, you will be sent a Client Care Letter containing our terms of engagement via “Signable” and an onboarding identification link from “Legl” to complete.
