Our multidisciplinary team have a wealth of experience in advising clients in relation to all aspects of health and safety law. We regularly advise clients on health and safety compliance, policy and updates to legislation. We are able to evaluate our client’s health and safety management systems and provide advice on dealing with risk and compliance issues to minimise and control risks. We also provide bespoke health and safety training to our clients according to their needs.
We operate across a number of industry sectors which include; agriculture, construction and engineering, catering and hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, transport and distribution and waste management.
Our team are experienced in dealing with all enforcing authorities including the Police, Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Environment Agency (EA), Food Standards Agency (FSA) local authorities and Trading Standards. From an incident occurring, through the investigation process and any subsequent prosecution or civil court proceedings including Inquests.
