Multiple Injury Tariff
Where an application is made for more than one qualifying criminal injury the amount of injury payment for which the applicant will be eligible is:
- 100% of the tariff band will be applied to the injury that has the highest payment;
- 30% of the tariff band will be awarded for an injury with an equal or second highest payment; and
- where there are three or more injuries 15% of the tariff band will be awarded for an injury with an equal or third highest payment.
