Accidents in the USA Compensation Claims
Should you suffer personal injury whilst in America, in most cases it will be necessary to bring an action for compensation in the State where the accident occurred.
Each State has its own laws and time limits applicable to claims for personal injury compensation.
Whilst claims in America are pursued on a No Win No Fee basis no legal costs can be recovered from the negligent party and as a consequence these will come directly from any compensation which you receive. This will usually be one-third of the compensation you have been awarded.
