Every client receives a satisfaction questionnaire at the conclusion of their time with Sintons, asking for their comments on the service we provide. Any issues highlighted in a questionnaire will be raised within the private client department and you will be notified of the outcome.
In addition, we are registered with Feefo, an independent research company who gather feedback on Sintons and the service we provide.
