Suzanne joined Sintons in August 2014 as a solicitor in the residential conveyancing department. She was promoted to Associate in 2016 and Senior Associate in 2022 and acts for both private individuals and investors, assisting them with their sales, purchases, refinances and lease extensions.

Experience:

• Suzanne studied Law and English at Keele University, and completed her Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University which she passed with Distinction
• Since qualifying as a solicitor in March 2007, Suzanne has specialised in residential conveyancing and has helped thousands of clients over the years
• Highly experienced and efficient, Suzanne has expertise in all types of property matters, including new build properties, company mortgages, and deeds of variation
• In 2018 the conveyancing department won residential property team of the year at the Northern Law Awards

Suzanne was listed as an associate to watch in the 2026 Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide.

Outside of work Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family, running, swimming and watching the Formula One.  She attends the British Grand Prix every year and would love to go to Monaco one day!
