Katelyn-Marie joined Sintons personal injury department in April 2026 as a litigation support assistant.

Experience:

• Katelyn-Marie began her legal career after completing a Business Administration apprenticeship, progressing into a fee-earning/file handling role within a busy personal injury team
• Katelyn-Marie has experience supporting a mix of personal injury matters, including Road Traffic Accident, Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims, managing claims throughout the lifecycle, from initial instruction through to settlement
• She regularly liaises with clients, insurers and third parties, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally
• She was nominated for ‘Paralegal of the Year’ at the Modern Law Awards 2025.

Outside of work, Katelyn-Marie is passionate about health and fitness and trains regularly with a particular interest in bodybuilding. She enjoys leading an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors, making the most of being in nature.
