Jennifer joined Sintons in August 2026 as a Chartered Legal Executive in the residential property team.

Experience:

• Jennifer has over 20 years experience dealing with property transactions within regional law firms
• She has previously worked within a property management team of a Chartered Surveyors.
• Jennifer has experience in dealing with both commercial and residential sales and purchases, remortgages and buy to let purchases, together with unregistered titles and first registrations.
• She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2026.
• Jennifer is authorised to act as a Commissioner for Oaths.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her three children, and catching up with friends, often over good food and drinks. Her interests also extend to theatre, concerts and enjoying the simple pleasures of exploring new places on long walks.
