James is a qualified CILEX Lawyer with over a decade of experience in the residential conveyancing sector. A practising Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2022, he holds higher practice rights, enabling him to practise with the same authority as a solicitor within his area of specialism. He joined Sintons in May 2025.
