Caitlin joined Sintons’ personal injury department in May 2022 as a paralegal in the neurotrauma team.


  • Caitlin is very passionate about her role and the service Sintons offers. She believes strongly in advocating for those individuals with life changing injuries and disabilities, to ensure that each person is living their best life possible
  • Caitlin attended Northumbria University where she obtained a first class qualifying law degree and completed the BPTC. She was called to the Bar in March 2022
  • She has previous experience of working within the legal sector in the North East, having spent time at a personal injury law firm upon graduating from university
  • Whilst studying at university, Caitlin worked in a variety of different roles within the care sector
  • She was employed as a Support Work Team Leader in a short-stay care service for children and young adults, where Caitlin worked with individuals with a variety of disabilities
  • Caitlin also worked as a one-to-one Care Assistant for a teenaged boy with additional needs on a weekly basis for a period of three years

Outside of work, Caitlin dedicates much of her time to her family, especially her niece and nephew, and enjoys spending a lot of time with her two dogs


The personal injury team won praise from the Legal 500 2022 being highlighted for being “really hardworking, efficient and first rate. They go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. The client comes first.”

In the Chambers UK 2020 Guide the personal injury team was described as “very approachable, easy to communicate with and supportive.” A source highlighted the team’s “considered and knowledgeable approach to clients with complex and individual needs.

The Chambers UK 2019 Guide described the personal injury team as being “flexible, responsive and modern in their outlook, and approachable, client-focused and always happy to go that extra mile.”
