Understanding personal injury with Phil Davison podcast series launched

Questions about many aspects of a personal injury claim will be answered in a new podcast series launched by Sintons.

To help people understand the process of making a claim, Sintons has devised a Q&A series with its head of general personal injury, Phil Davison, who will answer an array of pertinent questions.

From what constitutes a claim through to how the end result is secured, Phil will offer his advice and expertise to help shed light on what is an unknown and often daunting process to many people.

Phil, regularly hailed as one of the leading lawyers in the North of England by Legal 500, will also address other issues including rehabilitation, funding and the importance of choosing the right personal injury solicitor.

Sintons is widely regarded as one of the leading personal injury law firms in the North, handling claims from across the UK. It is renowned for its expertise, particularly in high value and complex claims, and for its outstanding levels of client service, which see the team fight hard to secure the very best outcome for the client and their family.

The podcast series will feature on Sintons’ website every Friday, starting tomorrow.

“For many people, making a personal injury claim is something they will never have experienced or even thought about, until they are in the position of needing to make one,” says Phil.

“At Sintons, we are absolutely dedicated to offering the best possible service to clients and to doing all we can to enlighten and inform people as to what lies ahead.

“Through this podcast series, we are answering what we know are some of the most frequently asked questions.

“While every claim is unique, we can help to shed light on what clients can expect – and the certainty you can get through instructing Sintons is that clients can be assured of being supported every step of the way, and that we will secure the best outcome possible for them and their family.”
