Sintons staff raise money for the Big Breakfast

Staff at Sintons helped get the week off to a good start by cooking breakfast for colleagues while raising money for charity.

Team members from the law firm's specialist industrial disease department laid on breakfast for staff across Sintons, as part of the Big Breakfast initiative.

The Big Breakfast, which involves workplaces of all types across the country, was established to raise money for the British Lung Foundation and the Mick Knighton Mesothelioma Research Fund.

Both causes are close to the heart of many at Sintons, whose industrial disease team works closely with both charities, as well as many individuals who use their very valuable resources.

Raelene Lingam, specialist asbestos solicitor at Sintons – who was recently the only lawyer in her field in the North of England to be recommended by Legal 500 – said: "This is a great project, which allows you to have a great breakfast while at the same time raising vital funds for two such worthy causes. I know from my own experience of working with clients who are suffering from asbestos-related illnesses how much these two charities touch their lives, so it's great that we at Sintons are able to lend our support to the Big Breakfast initiative."
