Sintons rewards staff through bonus scheme

Law firm Sintons has once again demonstrated its appreciation for its people through a bonus scheme to reward the collective efforts of everyone working within the firm.

Sintons announced its first ever firm wide bonus scheme last year, to incentivise and reward people throughout the business .

And in the year ending March 2022, as a result of strong performance across all areas of the firm, Sintons was able to pay the maximum bonus payment to everyone working within the firm – both in legal and support roles.

The law firm, renowned for its legal and client service excellence, is widely known for investing in its people and in continually introducing new initiatives to make Sintons an attractive place to work.

And through enabling its team to share in its success financially, Sintons continues to find new ways to show its appreciation for the commitment of its people.

Christopher Welch, managing partner of Sintons, said: “Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We could not achieve what we have as a firm, or deliver the excellence to our clients for which we are renowned, without them.

“For that reason, it is vital we invest in their development and that we both acknowledge and  reward their commitment wherever we can – particularly after the dedication which all our colleagues displayed during the huge challenges presented by COVID-19, which collectively we were able to overcome and deliver an uninterrupted and first-rate service to clients.

“Our firm wide bonus scheme was a new way for us to show our appreciation of their efforts, and the role which everyone has to play in the ongoing development of the firm.

“It was especially important to us as a firm to introduce a fully inclusive scheme, which benefitted everyone working at Sintons. This lets us recognise everyone’s contribution to the achievement of the firm’s goals and really does make sure that we are all in it together. We’re delighted that in the first year of operation of the Scheme that we have been able to reward them with the maximum bonus payment.”
