An event which is set to attract professionals working in the field of neurological injuries across the UK is being held by law firm Sintons.
The specialist neurotrauma team at Sintons is working alongside STEPS Rehabilitation – a nationally-regarded specialist centre based in Sheffield – to host an event for people working with and supporting people with serious neurological injuries.
Dr Liz Iveson, a stroke and neurorehabilitation consultant, will be the keynote speaker and will address the hidden, and not so hidden, barriers to neurorehab and what professionals can do to improve that.
The event, to be held on November 20, is the latest to be held by Sintons’ neurotrauma team. The seminars have won praise for the often difficult issues they examine and the insight and practical advice they offer.
This seminar, the fifth of the 2019 series, is the first to be held at STEPS, which provides residential and day rehab facilities for people with neurological conditions and injuries, and reflects Sintons’ national presence in the field of specialist neuro work.
