Leading law firm Sintons has announced a major expansion across its Claimant Personal Injury and Neurotrauma departments. To support sustained growth in complex litigation and high-value serious injury claims, the firm is seeking dedicated legal professionals to join its specialist teams.

The recruitment drive spans four distinct positions across different experience levels, reflecting increased demand for Sintons’ specialist personal injury services nationwide:

  • Solicitor – Neurotrauma: Handling pre-litigation and litigated brain and spinal cord injury claims, conducting quantum and liability investigations, drafting Schedules of Loss, and collaborating with rehabilitation providers and case managers
  • Solicitor – Claimant Personal Injury: Running litigated Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims (EL/PL & RTA) under Conditional Fee Agreements, while supporting higher-value multi-track cases and contributing to business development
  • Neurotrauma Paralegal: Assisting fee earners with case preparation, reviewing medical records, and liaising with expert witnesses and counsel for complex brain and spinal cord injury cases
  • Litigation Support Assistant – Personal Injury: Providing crucial administrative and case management support, including downloading radiology imaging, managing rehabilitation invoices, and coordinating client and expert conferences

Mark Quigley, Partner and Head of Claimant Personal Injury at Sintons, commented: “Our priority is always placing clients at the heart of everything we do, ensuring those who have suffered life-changing injuries receive early access to essential rehabilitation, funding, and legal support. As our specialist Claimant Personal Injury and Neurotrauma practices continue to grow, expanding our team with dedicated legal professionals allows us to maintain the exceptionally high standards of service and client care our practice is known for nationwide.”

Sintons’ Claimant Personal Injury and Neurotrauma teams regularly act for clients across the UK in complex, high-value claims involving serious neurological trauma, workplace accidents, and road traffic accidents.
