Sintons’ excels in Chambers 2017 rankings

Law firm Sintons has won praise for its specialisms across the legal spectrum in the Chambers 2017 legal listings, which hail its excellence in terms of both capability and client service.

The Newcastle-based firm achieved high rankings throughout the business, with its healthcare team being ranked as a national leader, and Jamie McCabe, head of Sintons’ nationally-renowned insurance litigation team, being named as one of the top lawyers in his field in the whole UK.

Chambers named a host of departments as being among the best in the North East, including corporate and commercial, rural, construction, employment, licensing, private client, real estate and corporate recovery and insolvency.

Furthermore, 13 of Sintons’ lawyers were recommended for their expertise in their field.

The Chambers rankings follow the Legal 500 ratings, released earlier this year, which similarly named Sintons as being top-ranked or highly rated in a host of disciplines.

Alan Dawson, Chairman of Sintons, said: “Sintons has, throughout its 120 year history, been known for providing outstanding legal advice combined with an unrivalled level of personal service. It is very pleasing to again have this recognised by an independent body.

“We work with businesses and individuals across the whole North East and far beyond, and are increasingly growing our reputation on a national scale. We are very pleased with the latest high rankings we have received from Chambers 2017 and the endorsement this gives to the service we are proud to offer.”
