Sintons appoints leading construction lawyer

A leading specialist construction lawyer has joined the highly-esteemed construction team at Newcastle law firm Sintons.

Kevin Anderson becomes the latest in a series of high-level hires at Sintons, having moved from Samuel Phillips, and is the fifth new appointment in Sintons’ real estate team in only a few months.

Kevin has been a leading construction lawyer for over 14 years, and is well known and highly regarded for his work in all areas of construction law. He is a specialist in resolving disputes, and works widely in adjudication and mediation.

He takes a leading role in Sintons’ construction team, which is currently involved in a host of significant projects across the North East and wider UK. The firm has a collaboration with London-based Davies & Davies Associates, a London-based niche construction practice widely regarded as one of the leaders in its field, allowing it to offer the highest level of capability in even the most complex construction matters.
