Sintons adds new employment expertise

Law firm Sintons has recruited a new solicitor to work in its growing Employment team.

Ailsa Wilkie joins Newcastle based Sintons having spent over two years working at another North East law firm as a paralegal and trainee solicitor. She qualified in January of this year.

While only recently qualified as a solicitor, Ailsa amassed significant experience working on employment tribunals during her time as a trainee and paralegal, acting for both claimant and respondent.

Ailsa joins Sintons at a time of growth for the firm and its employment team, which recently marked three years of success for its employment law protection scheme, Assero. The fixed price service works with over 100 organisations across the region including public and private sector organisations and charities to help them manage change within their business, stay on top of new legislation, and steer clear of red tape.
