Polish-speaking paralegal joins Sintons’ personal injury team
Anna Malinowska has joined the personal injury team, supporting clients who have suffered serious injuries or illness including through accidents at work and on the road . The team also includes specialists in head, brain and spinal injuries.
Phil Davison, who leads the personal injury team, said: “We work with a lot of clients who speak Polish or Romanian as their first language, so it’s important that our team includes people who can support our clients fluently in these languages.
“Anna has a depth of experience in personal injury claims and is bilingual; I know our clients will receive the best possible support from her.”
Anna graduated from Northumbria University with a Master’s Degree in law and has previously worked with clients in relation to personal injury settlements.
She will now support Sintons’ team of personal injury lawyers, helping to arrange rehabilitation for clients and supporting them throughout the process of pursuing claims negotiating settlements.
Anna commented on her new role, saying: “I know how important it is for people to be able to talk to someone about their case in their first language, especially at what can be a difficult time for them. I hope I can use both my legal knowledge and my language skills to make the legal process as easy and stress-free as possible for our clients.”
