Bringing together more than 20 years’ of experience in law, translation, and bilingual communication, Anna provides practical and compassionate support to clients throughout their claims. Her unique combination of legal knowledge, cultural understanding, and communication skills allows her to bridge potential barriers and ensure clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their case.
After graduating with a Law degree in Romania, Anna spent more than 15 years working as an in-house lawyer, advising on a broad range of legal, contractual, regulatory, and administrative matters. During this time, she developed a strong understanding of legal processes, client care, and the importance of clear and effective communication.
Having relocated to the United Kingdom over a decade ago, Anna has continued to build upon her professional experience through a variety of roles across both the public and private sectors. Her previous positions with the Civil Service provided valuable insight into UK public institutions and administrative procedures, enhancing her ability to support clients who may be unfamiliar with the British legal and regulatory landscape.
Anna’s extensive experience in English – Romanian translation and communication makes her particularly well placed to support Romanian-speaking clients. Having personally experienced the challenges of relocating to a new country and adapting to different legal and administrative systems, she understands the concerns and uncertainties many individuals may face following an accident or injury.
Working closely with clients and her colleague from the legal team, Anna helps ensure that important information is communicated clearly and that clients fully understand the progress of their claim. Her approach is centred on making the legal process accessible, reassuring, and straightforward, enabling clients to feel supported throughout what can often be a difficult and stressful period.
