£75,000 settlement for woman injured in taxi collision
A woman who sustained serious injuries to her wrists in a vehicle collision has secured a settlement of £75,000.
The woman was a passenger in a stationary taxi when a vehicle collided from behind. At the time of the impact, she was in the back of the taxi, leaning forwards with her hands on the seat in front.
She sustained significant injury to her wrists and appointed personal injury specialists at Sintons to handle her claim for compensation against the driver at fault.
