Anthony is a solicitor in Sintons Healthcare Team, working closely with senior colleagues on a wide range of complex medical law matters. He assists NHS Trusts with legal issues arising from patient care, including capacity and best‑interests decision‑making, serious medical treatment, and deprivation of liberty in both hospital and community settings.
As part of the wider team, Anthony supports partners and senior solicitors in Court of Protection proceedings and High Court applications, often involving complex or time critical clinical situations. His calm, practical approach helps clinicians navigate legal processes to achieve lawful and patient-focused outcomes.
Outside of work, Anthony has attained governance and safeguarding experience in the charity and regulated housing sectors. He holds Trustee and Director roles at the charity Changing Lives. This contributes to his understanding of safeguarding, organisational risk and multi-agency practice.
