Your application will be sent direct to our training contract recruitment team who will consider your application. Your application may be shared securely with people in the firm who are part of the selection process.
If your application is not successful it will be retained on file by People Services for 12 months and then confidentially destroyed.

We do not use AI tools during the application process, all decisions are made by Sintons training contract recruitment team. Applicants must complete this form using their own original responses. The use if AI tools, automated writing assistants or similar technologies to generate or edit answers are not permitted. Submissions found to have AI generated content may be disqualified. We value authenticity and want to ensure that all applications reflect the applicants own skills, knowledge and experience.

By submitting your application you are consenting to us retaining the information you have submitted. However, you are welcome to withdraw that consent at any time during the next 12 months by emailing recruitment@sintons.co.uk to request that your details are destroyed.
