TMCP are pleased to draw the Managing Trustees’ attention to a complimentary Zoom session entitled “ Focus on Manse Sales” hosted by Sintons LLP, one of the Panel Solicitors, on 6th October. Sintons LLP wish to invite any Managing Trustee who would find it useful to understand more about the legal and practical aspects of a manse sale, including the many pitfalls which may be experienced and how to avoid them. Please note that the event is free of charge and held in the early evening to facilitate attendance.

Managing Trustees are encouraged to join the session when Laura Peace, Partner and head of the dedicated Methodist Church Team at Sintons, will host the zoom along with her team members, solicitors Joanne Russell and Sarah Holmes.
Sintons LLP advise us that the aim of the session is for them to guide Managing Trustees through the practical considerations and steps together with the legal requirements at each stage of a manse sale transaction. They will highlight the do’s and underline the don’ts! They will give many valuable practical tips and share some stories from their thirty plus years of acting for The Methodist Church. They will also discuss the current national experience of their dedicated Methodist Church Team.
