Our small business service

If you’re a sole trader or a small company and you’re not quite ready for an HR team, we can be your external HR support function, guiding you, your directors or line managers as you continue to grow.

We can help you with telephone advice, aswell as the preparation of all associated paperwork. With six solicitors in our team, we have the skills and experience to cope with your needs and the right size to ensure a consistent, personal approach.

If you need documentation, we can help you with that too – employment contracts and policies are all part of the service.

Our enhanced corporate service

If your business has an HR department, we can provide all the benefits of the small business service, working in partnership with your HR Director, HR Manager or HR Business Partners to streamline your practices and tackle the more complex challenges, such as re-organisations, re-structures and TUPE transfers, aswell as day to day employee relations challenges.

If you need insurance to protect you against the consequences of a future Tribunal claim, we’ve got that covered too.

As with all types of insurance, we’ll need some detailed information from you in the form of a questionnaire.

Once we have that, we’ll send you all of your options for cover of up to £250,000 per claim and then you can decide if this is for you.
