Competitive salary – we offer a competitive salary which is reviewed annually alongside your performance. This means that as your contribution and performance develops, you have the opportunity for your salary to do the same.
Pension scheme – everyone needs to plan for the future so we offer all employees membership of our pension scheme with Standard Life. Our standard package is a 5% matched contribution; with enhanced contributions as your career develops in the firm.
Holidays – we recognise time away from the office is important and therefore offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 10 years’ service.
