Daniel Earle

1st Year Trainee Solicitor

I am a first year Trainee Solicitor at Sintons. I was born in Hartlepool and completed my undergraduate law degree at the University of Manchester in 2018.

I really enjoyed my years of study during my time in Manchester and set about looking for the right law firm to begin my legal career. I always wanted to return to the North East and work for a firm with a strong legal reputation and where I would be valued and appreciated as an individual and employee. Sintons were regularly recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers and had received a number of nominations by the Northern Law Awards (Sintons went on to win five awards in 2019, including Law Firm of the Year!). This coupled with Sintons core values and the support it offers its employees meant it was a perfect fit.

I attended the Graduate Recruitment scheme during the summer of 2018. This was a great experience and opportunity to get to know the inner workings of the firm. The week was packed with exposure to legal practice, various challenges and tasks, as well as time to socialise with the firm’s people. Following this, I accepted a Training Contract with Sintons and started my Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University.

After completing my LPC, I was invited to join Sintons in advance of my Training Contract and started working as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department in June 2019. This was an invaluable experience for me to gain knowledge and expertise ahead of the start of my Training Contract. I really enjoyed my time as a Paralegal and can already see the benefits of this experience now that I am a Trainee.

The support Sintons has given me throughout my time has been superb and I am very excited for the future ahead.
