Arden & GEM CSU – NHS Settlement Agreement Onboarding Form

Sintons provides independent advice to employees entering into Settlement Agreements as part of Voluntary Redundancy Schemes with NHS Arden & GEM CSU. Sintons does not act for your employer and has no client / adviser relationship with them.

If you wish to instruct Sintons to provide you with advice, please complete the following fields to allow us to onboard you as a client.

By completing these fields, you will be confirming that you would like Sintons to provide you with advice and that you are happy for us to open a file with your details.

We estimate that our charges in this matter would not exceed your employer’s legal fees contribution. That said, if you decide not to proceed with the Settlement Agreement and once you have received our advice, your employer is not under any obligation to make a contribution to your legal fees and you will be personally liable for all fees incurred.

Once we are in receipt of your details, you will be sent a Client Care Letter via Signable to complete. This document sets out our terms of engagement.
